From report to resolution

One record travels the whole way: the resident's photo, the routing decision, the crew's work, the proof, and the confirmation that closes it.

From Report to Resolution

My City turns a citizen report into a structured municipal workflow.

  1. Report

Residents submit an issue — a photo, up to 60 seconds of voice, or a few words. The location is attached automatically, and faces and licence plates are blurred before the photo is stored.

  2. Route

My City routes it to the right team. The report is classified against your own categories, reports of the same problem in the same place are grouped into one job, and it lands with the department that owns it.

  3. Resolve

Municipal staff manage and resolve the request — assignment, priority, a controlled status lifecycle, and before-and-after photos of the work.

  4. Confirm

Residents receive updates and can confirm the resolution. If the problem is still there, they reopen the request instead of starting over.

The same timeline the resident and the city both see.

Four groups of people, one source of truth

Everyone involved in fixing a city problem is looking at the same request — not at four systems that disagree.

Residents

The eyes of the city. They spot and report issues with a photo and a tap, track every report in real time, and grow their citizen score when fixes are confirmed.

Contractors & Teams

The hands of the city. They accept jobs on their phone and upload before-and-after proof of the work.

City Managers

The brain. They watch the map, route work, and keep residents informed through shared project, event and announcement layers, plus emergency alerts.

System Admins

The architects. They manage cities, roles, departments and security across the whole deployment.

Close the loop with residents.

Don't just mark a request as completed. Let the resident know what was done and give them the opportunity to confirm the resolution.

See it running on your own categories and departments.

And when it isn't fixed

While a request is waiting on their confirmation, residents can reopen it instead of starting over — with a reason, photos and a voice note attached as evidence. It goes straight back to the same job.
