About Us
My City exists to fix a communication problem every city has — and to make everyday city life simpler for everyone in it.
What is My City?
When something breaks in a city — a pothole, a broken streetlight, an overflowing bin — citizens rarely know who to tell, and city hall often doesn't find out until it has become a crisis. My City closes that gap with a single platform: report a problem from your phone in seconds, let the system organize it and route it to the right crew, and confirm when the job is actually done. Citizens, crews, and city managers all work from the same source of truth.
Why it matters
Today, urban services are broken in three ways:
- Reactive, not proactive — issues get fixed only after they become emergencies.
- Opaque to citizens — people report problems and never hear back.
- Blind for city hall — managers have no real-time view of what's failing.
My City replaces all of that with one connected system — problems are seen early, everyone gets an answer, and nothing is closed until it's truly fixed.
How it works
See a problem? Open the app and report it with a photo, a voice message, or a few words — the location is detected automatically. My City classifies the report, merges duplicates, and sends one clear work order to the right municipal team or contractor. The crew fixes it and uploads proof, you get notified, and the report only closes when you confirm the fix — if it's not done, one tap reopens it.
The company behind My City
My City is a product of Geoxity Inc., a Toronto-based technology company. Geoxity owns and operates the platform. All citizen data is stored in Canada; automated classification of reports runs on Google Cloud in the United States, as described in our privacy policy.
